The water is perfect, the sun is warm but not brutal, you can see the quarries of Cararra in the distance (this is where Michelangelo acquired his marble), and within a few steps of your beach chair, you can sit down to eat the best seafood (or pasta or pizza or, well, you get it . . . ) you’ll ever have.
