"Relics" by John Ryszka II
Exhibition: October 1-31, 2014

John Ryszka II works in glass, a medium that has the potential to last thousands of years. With that in mind, John used his mind and his fiery torch to create Relics. His themes, drawn from our richly diverse world, begin with nature, plants and animals and take us to fantastical worlds of imagination and human creation. His faces provide glimpses of the human struggle from the whimsical to the macabre. John has been a professional glass worker for 11 years and a full time artist for the last four. Relics is a magical product of his vision and skill.
