This is last remaining painting Jade's time in New Mexico, in the height of the Pandemic. In a time of global chaos and hardship Jade was starting to explore their gender-queer identity for the first time and this painting is a reflection of the budding transformation they would later experience. It is a cathartic exploration of interest in the human form, permanence, and the spectrum of relationships.
